Refund and Rescheduling Policy: We will graciously fully refund unused packages and stand alone coaching sessions less any 3rd party processing fees up to 60 days from date of purchase. Partially used packages can not be refunded. Unless otherwise agreed, all sessions expire a year from purchase. Coaching packages are non-transferrable. Sessions can be re-scheduled 24 hours in advance without penalty.
